We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in notifying us of any changes to your appointment. Alexander’s has a policy regarding no-show appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. In the event of a no-show appointment, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. Please note that this fee will only be charged for appointments that are missed without prior notification. Your card will not be processed; instead, the cancellation fee will be added to your next visit.
